The Ministry of Public Works and Highways announces to all registered Consulting firms and Engineering offices who are willing to provide the following consultancy services:-

** Preparation of studies and Engineering designs for the following road projects located in REYMAH Governorate. ( First Time Tender Announcement).

·         Group 17 .

1.      Khusmah – Al Jabub – Al Sahlah  20 Km. length ( Reymah Govt.)

2.      Sabah – Al Mishrafah – Al Nahyah  8 Km. length (Reymah Govt.)

       The projects will be funded from the investment program budget of the

       Government for the year 2008.

       Interested consultants or Engineering offices specializing in the above mentioned

       areas may apply to the procurement and stores office during office hours to

       obtain/receive the terms of reference of  the services required, noting that the last

       date  to  procure the documents is 16.9.2008.

       Up on providing the following information:-

1.      Qualification related to the required task.

2.      Consultant’s technical, financial and administrative capabilities.

3.      The main field of work and period of experience in the field of the required study tasks.

4.       Qualifications of the key responsible (participating) cadre.

5.       Authorities which could be referred to ascertain the capability of the  applicant / participant.

6.      Valid Tax card.

7.      Classification Certificate.

8.      License for practicing the profession.

The consultants will be selected to perform the services required on the bases and criteria specified in the regulations and the law for tendering and its guidelines.

·         Submit required technical and financial prequalification documents each, in separate envelops , addressed to The stores and procurement management, The Ministry of Public Works and Highways – Beside the Berlin Garden – Nukum -  Sana’a – Republic of Yemen. The deadline for submission is 2 PM.

(Two PM.) on Tuesday the 23 rd. Sept.2008 ( 23/9/2008), no documents will be accepted after this date and time.

·         The documents not meeting the above specified conditions will not be looked in to / rejected.

·         Tender envelopes will be opened at the office of the Dy. Minister Roads sector at the time specified above in presence of the representatives of  companies or engineering offices who wish to attend.
